In 2005 GFP co-founder Deb and her daughter, Amy were diagnosed with Celiac Disease; an autoimmune disease requiring a lifetime commitment to a gluten-free diet. In 2012 the family followed their passion to bring healthy gluten-free products to the millions of consumers who are avoiding gluten.Gluten-Free Prairie (or GFP as it’s called by the family) strives to create gluten-free food that is not only safe for celiacs and gluten-intolerant people, but also people with no wheat allergies at all.
